We are super excited to announce that things are slowly but surely returning to normal here at Days Mobility. We have prepared a set list of guidelines to help keep our wonderful customers and staff safe.

Our Stores

In our shops, we will only be allowing one set of customers into the showroom at a time, we will be taking appointments to limit the waiting times at our stores. You can make an appointment by contacting us on either 0800 0260 558 or 01792 589999.

We will have hand sanitising stations available to our customers to keep our customers safe, we will also be providing our customers and staff with masks to limit the spread of coronavirus.

Scooters

Our scooters will still be available for you to try and test in-store, they will be cleaned and sanitised after every single use. We are also still offering repair services for scooters that are brought to our stores, they too will be sanitised before you come and collect it!

Stairlifts

We will continue to offer home surveys, repairs and installation services for our stairlifts and our engineers and representatives will provide you with a health questionnaire to complete before visiting your home, to ensure it is safe for our staff.  To ensure optimal safety, our staff will wear masks and gloves and may ask you to stay in another room in the house whilst we do what we do best!
